Format & Schedule

Each session runs 3–4 hours, beginning with 30 minutes of networking and ending with a live Q&A. Morning sessions include coffee, tea, juice, and lunch. Evening sessions offer appetizers, beverages, and often select wine, beer, or cocktails. Breaks are built into the session at the instructor’s discretion.

Instructor

All workshops are led by Jason Michael Perry, author of The AI Evolution and a national speaker on AI strategy, implementation, and ethics for business and operations leaders.

What’s Included with Registration

Registration includes a signed copy of The AI Evolution, 90-day access to a workshop recording, a digital certificate and badge for LinkedIn, and in-person materials like a notebook and pen. Snacks or meals are included at in-person sessions only.

Registration & Payment

Payment is accepted via Stripe, which supports most major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. A confirmation and receipt are sent by email once registration is complete.

Refund Policy

We don’t offer refunds, as sessions depend on registration counts. However, if unavoidable circumstances arise, please contact us—we may be able to transfer your registration to a future session.

Group Discounts & Private Workshops

Discounts are available for groups of 5 or more. We also offer private workshops and internal sessions for companies—visit our speaking page or contact us to discuss your needs.

Waitlist & Sold Out Sessions

If a session is sold out, use the contact form to join the waitlist or get notified when new dates are added.

Locations & Parking

Workshops are held in professional venues across major cities. See our Workshop Locations page for details. Venues are selected for public transportation access and available parking. Directions and logistics are sent before your session.

Virtual Sessions

Virtual sessions are hosted on Zoom. You’ll need a stable internet connection, webcam, microphone, and a modern browser. A free Zoom account is required. Materials are shipped in advance to attendees in the U.S.; international shipping may require a fee.

Technical Requirements

You’ll need a modern browser and free accounts on tools like OpenAI or Anthropic. We’ll focus on what you can do for free but also demonstrate advanced features using our team accounts. Setup instructions are emailed ahead of time.

Dietary Restrictions

We ask about dietary needs before the session and will make every effort to accommodate restrictions with the host venue. Please let us know in the pre-session survey.

Recording Access

All attendees receive 90-day access to a workshop recording. This may not be the exact session you attended, but will cover the same content. Optional extended or lifetime access is available for purchase.

Certification

You’ll receive a digital certificate and verified badge link suitable for LinkedIn, personal websites, or professional documentation.

Pre-Session Survey

A short survey will be sent before your workshop to help us tailor your experience and gather logistical details like dietary restrictions, goals, and technical readiness.
