I thought it would take a month. Spoiler: it did not. It took way longer. Much longer. But that extra time made the whole thing sharper, deeper, and way more useful.

So I’m excited (and a little relieved) to finally say:

This is not a book about how to use RAG or write custom agents. It’s a book for managers, operators, and curious execs who want to lead their teams through the coming wave of change. I wrote it for the people asking, “What do I need to know and what do I need to do?”
